Why design
I see human-centered design as a powerful tool that helps people to achieve their goals. I'm so excited being involved in part of the process that creates and improves user experience in products and services.
My favorite part of the design process is empathy. I enjoy listening to people's insights because it helps me to connect with people from different perspectives and understand how I can help them.

My name is Hedy (Heedy) and I'm currently a UX research consultant at IBM with a background in product innovation and cognitive science.
Besides human-centered design, I love snowboarding, watching sunset with my dog, and learning new things!
