Hedy and her dog Honey
I am a deeply passionate UX Researcher with experience leading research initiatives in consumer products, financial services, and non-profit sectors. I am fortunate to have delivered actionable insights that shaped strategy, enhanced product usability, and driven successful launches.
I bring expertise in mixed-methods research and research roadmapping. I’ve led product manager and business stakeholder interviews, developed research goals and roadmaps based on their goals. In terms of executing research, I have created and conducted user interviews, usability tests, surveys, and heuristic evaluations to support design and product decisions in agile environments. Throughout the projects, I have worked collaboratively with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to ensure alignment of efforts. I pride myself on synthesizing data into clear insights for senior stakeholders to influence product direction and ensure measurable impact.
Outside of work, I recharge through traveling and snowboarding with my dog Honey. I find that balance makes me a better user researcher, stay curious, grounded, and always observing.
